WorkOnward Reach Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WorkOnward Reach's website, applications, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using WorkOnward Reach on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms.

WorkOnward Reach provides software for audience management, mailbox integrations, templates, analytics, and email outreach. Because the service can be used to send campaigns and process third-party personal data, these Terms include detailed rules about lawful use, anti-spam compliance, mailbox access, and platform enforcement.

1. Agreement and acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between WorkOnward Reach and the person or organization using the service. If you use WorkOnward Reach on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the service.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your account credentials confidential, and promptly notify WorkOnward Reach of any suspected unauthorized access or misuse. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, workspace, or API credentials unless caused by WorkOnward Reach's own breach or misconduct.

  • Use the service only for lawful business or professional purposes.
  • Maintain current contact information so WorkOnward Reach can reach you about service, billing, abuse, or legal issues.
  • Use appropriate internal access controls for team members, contractors, and administrators.

3. The service

WorkOnward Reach may provide contact management, list management, campaign and sequence builders, analytics, mailbox integrations, templates, AI-assisted drafting tools, and related workflow features. Features may change over time as the service evolves.

WorkOnward Reach may impose or modify product limits, technical restrictions, eligibility rules, and service protections to maintain reliability, security, legal compliance, and deliverability.

4. Customer data and instructions

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, quality, and use permissions associated with the data you upload, generate, connect, or send through WorkOnward Reach, including contact lists, campaign content, mailbox connections, and imported files.

You instruct WorkOnward Reach to process customer data only as needed to provide the service, enforce platform rules, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. If you need additional processing terms, a separate Data Processing Agreement or order form may apply.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You may not use WorkOnward Reach to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct. WorkOnward Reach may investigate, suspend, restrict, or terminate any use that creates legal, security, deliverability, or reputational risk.

  • Sending unsolicited or unlawful commercial email, spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content.
  • Importing purchased, scraped, rented, harvested, or otherwise unlawfully obtained contact lists.
  • Using misleading subject lines, deceptive sender identity, spoofed headers, or impersonation.
  • Sending to contacts without required consent, legal basis, or required disclosures under applicable law.
  • Harassment, hate speech, fraudulent schemes, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Attempting to bypass product limits, authentication requirements, rate limits, account suspensions, or abuse controls.
  • Accessing, scraping, or attempting to view data that does not belong to your workspace.

6. Email compliance obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WorkOnward Reach complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your campaigns, recipients, and sending practices, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, and telecom rules.

  • You must provide accurate sender information and must not misrepresent the origin or purpose of a message.
  • You must use non-deceptive subject lines and include any disclosures required by law.
  • You must include a valid physical mailing address and maintain a working unsubscribe mechanism where required.
  • You must honor unsubscribe and objection requests promptly and must not reimport or resend to opted-out contacts in violation of law.
  • If you send to Canada, the European Union, California, or other regulated jurisdictions, you are responsible for the consent or legal-basis rules applicable there.

WorkOnward Reach may provide compliance features such as unsubscribe handling, suppression status, one-click unsubscribe headers, and complaint monitoring. Those features help operationalize compliance, but they do not replace your independent legal obligations.

7. Contact imports and data rights

By uploading contacts, CSV files, spreadsheets, or other audience data to WorkOnward Reach, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority to collect, store, process, and contact those individuals for the purposes you configure in the service.

  • You must not upload contact data that you are not authorized to use.
  • You must keep appropriate records of consent or other lawful basis where required.
  • You must not sell, disclose, or reuse opt-out lists in a way that violates law or these Terms.
  • You must promptly delete or correct customer data when required by law or by the data subject's rights.

8. Mailbox and OAuth integrations

If you connect a Google, Microsoft, or other mailbox or provider account to WorkOnward Reach, you authorize WorkOnward Reach to access and use that integration solely to provide the requested sending, reply, threading, inbox, sync, security, and related in-product functions.

You must have authority to connect the mailbox or integration and to grant the requested permissions. You remain responsible for complying with provider terms, company policies, and applicable law when using connected accounts.

  • Do not connect accounts that you are not authorized to use.
  • Do not use the service to evade mailbox provider restrictions or rate limits.
  • Disconnect integrations you no longer want WorkOnward Reach to access.
  • Understand that providers may suspend, throttle, or revoke access based on their own policies.

9. Deliverability, domain authentication, and abuse controls

WorkOnward Reach may require sender-domain authentication, mailbox verification, complaint-rate controls, bounce handling, or other deliverability safeguards before allowing or continuing campaign sends. WorkOnward Reach may also require specific send limits for new, unverified, or higher-risk accounts.

  • WorkOnward Reach may block or delay sending from domains or accounts that do not meet authentication or deliverability requirements.
  • WorkOnward Reach may pause campaigns automatically when bounce or complaint thresholds exceed platform limits.
  • WorkOnward Reach may suppress addresses after complaints, unsubscribes, or hard bounces.
  • WorkOnward Reach may require additional verification or documentation before restoring sending privileges.

10. Security and customer obligations

WorkOnward Reach uses reasonable safeguards to protect the service, but you are responsible for securing your own devices, credentials, workspace access, and connected systems. You must not attempt to interfere with the integrity, availability, or security of the platform.

  • Use strong passwords and any available multi-factor authentication.
  • Review team access regularly and remove access that is no longer needed.
  • Do not reverse engineer, probe, or test the service in a harmful way without written authorization.
  • Promptly report suspected vulnerabilities, unauthorized access, or security incidents involving your workspace.

11. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

If WorkOnward Reach offers paid plans, subscriptions, add-ons, or overage billing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges as described at checkout, in your order form, or in the product. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. If WorkOnward Reach offers self-serve subscriptions, we aim to make cancellation reasonably accessible from the account experience or another clearly disclosed workflow.

  • You must provide valid payment information for paid services.
  • WorkOnward Reach may suspend paid features for non-payment after reasonable notice where appropriate.
  • Plan changes, renewals, credits, and refunds may be subject to additional plan-specific or order-form terms.

12. Intellectual property and feedback

WorkOnward Reach and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, trademarks, visual design, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

You retain ownership of your customer data and content, subject to the rights you grant WorkOnward Reach to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and otherwise use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service in a lawful manner.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, WorkOnward Reach may use them without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Suspension and termination

WorkOnward Reach may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service immediately if necessary to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, enforce these Terms, or address security, payment, or deliverability risks.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination, including payment obligations, legal duties, or liability arising from your use of the service.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as available and as offered basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkOnward Reach disclaims implied warranties and conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

WorkOnward Reach does not guarantee inbox placement, campaign performance, legal compliance of customer content, or uninterrupted access to third-party integrations or mailbox providers.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkOnward Reach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or replacement costs arising from or related to the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkOnward Reach's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to WorkOnward Reach for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you did not pay anything, one hundred US dollars.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and will not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorkOnward Reach and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your customer data, campaigns, contact lists, integrations, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in your order form, master agreement, or, if none applies, the laws of the jurisdiction where the WorkOnward Reach contracting entity is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration or another dispute process designated by WorkOnward Reach in a customer agreement or legal notice. Class or representative proceedings may be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If your organization enters into a separate master subscription agreement, negotiated contract, or order form with WorkOnward Reach, that agreement may replace this section for the covered services.

18. Changes to these terms

WorkOnward Reach may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, WorkOnward Reach may provide notice by updating the posted date, sending an email, showing an in-product notice, or using another reasonable method. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Contact information

Questions about these Terms, abuse reports, legal notices, and compliance concerns may be submitted through the support or legal contact channel identified on the website or inside your WorkOnward Reach account.
